Honda has already disclosed its plans to bring in new SUVs to the Indian market and had confirmed the HR-V for our market. The HR-V most likely will be the next big launch from Honda's stable and we have got the latest spy images of the compact SUV. The Honda HR-V was today spotted testing in the capital by carandbike reader, Mayukh Bhattacharya who sent these pictures to us. The test car is heavily camouflaged and not an ounce of the sheet metal is exposed, not even the wheels. However, what helped us identify the car is the silhouette of it along with the test car (red) Noida license plate where all Honda-owned cars are registered.

नयी दिल्ली, छह अगस्त (भाषा) फ्यूचर रिटेल लिमिटेड (एफआरएल) ने शुक्रवार को कहा कि वह रिलायंस इंडस्ट्रीज के साथ 24,731 करोड़ रुपये के सौदे को पूरा करने के लिए ‘सभी उपलब्ध तरीके’ अपनाने का इरादा रखती है। उच्चतम न्यायालय ने ई-कॉमर्स क्षेत्र की दिग्गज कंपनी अमेजन के पक्ष में शुक्रवार को फैसला देते हुए कहा कि एफआरएल के रिलायंस रिटेल के साथ विलय सौदे पर रोक लगाने का सिंगापुर के आपात निर्णायक (ईए) का फैसला भारतीय कानूनों के तहत वैध एवं लागू करने योग्य है। दूसरी ओर अमेजन ने फैसले का स्वागत किया और कहा कि इस आदेश से फ्यूचर

एफआरएल ने शेयर बाजार को बताया कि न्यायालय का फैसला ‘‘ईए के आदेश को लागू करने से संबंधित दो सीमित बिंदुओं को संबोधित करता है न कि विवाद के गुणदोष को।’’
इसमें कहा गया, ‘‘फैसले की पूरी प्रति का इंतजार है। एफआरएल को सलाह दी गई है कि कानून के तहत उसके पास उपाय उपलब्ध हैं, जिसका वह प्रयोग करेगी।’’
एफआरएल ने आगे कहा कि वह ‘‘अपने हितधारकों और कार्यबल के हितों की रक्षा के लिए सौदे को पूरा करने के लिए सभी उपलब्ध रास्ते तलाशने का इरादा रखती है।’’
फ्यूचर समूह की कंपनी ने कहा कि सिंगापुर अंतरराष्ट्रीय मध्यस्थता केंद्र (एसआईएसी) में मध्यस्थता न्यायाधिकरण ने इस सवाल पर सुनवाई पूरी कर ली है कि क्या ईए का अंतरिम आदेश जारी रहना चाहिए और क्या एफआरएल मध्यस्थता कार्यवाही में एक पक्ष है।

पहला चरण देश भर के चार शहरों में स्टेट बैंक ऑफ इंडिया, आईसीआईसीआई बैंक, यस बैंक और आईडीएफसी फस्र्ट बैंक के साथ शुरू होगा। बाद में चार और बैंक ऑफ बड़ौदा, यूनियन बैंक ऑफ इंडिया, एचडीएफसी बैंक और कोटक महिंद्रा बैंक शामिल होंगे.
भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक (आरबीआई) की खुदरा डिजिटल रुपया (ईए,-आर) के लिए पहली पायलट परियोजना आज से शुरू की जाएगी. आरबीआई द्वारा जारी एक बयान में कहा गया है कि पायलट भाग लेने वाले ग्राहकों और व्यापारियों के क्लोजर यूजर ग्रुप (सीयूजी) में चुनिंदा स्थानों को कवर करेगा. ईए,-आर एक डिजिटल टोकन के रूप में होगा जो कि लीगल टेंडर होगा. यह उसी मूल्यवर्ग में जारी किया जाएगा जैसे वर्तमान में कागजी मुद्रा और सिक्के जारी किए जाते हैं. यह बिचौलियों, यानी बैंकों के माध्यम से वितरित किया जाएगा। इस पायलट प्रोजेक्ट में चरणबद्ध भागीदारी के लिए आठ बैंकों की पहचान की गई है.

पायलट शुरू में मुंबई, नई दिल्ली, बेंगलुरु और भुवनेश्वर यानि चार शहरों को कवर करेगा और बाद में अहमदाबाद, गंगटोक, गुवाहाटी, हैदराबाद, इंदौर, कोच्चि, लखनऊ, पटना और शिमला तक विस्तारित होगा. बयान में कहा गया है कि उपयोगकर्ता भाग लेने वाले बैंकों द्वारा पेश किए गए और मोबाइल फोन या उपकरणों पर संग्रहीत डिजिटल वॉलेट के माध्यम से ईए,-आर के साथ लेनदेन करने में सक्षम होंगे.
लेन-देन व्यक्ति से व्यक्ति (पी2पी) और व्यक्ति से व्यापारी (पी2एम) दोनों हो सकते हैं. व्यापारी स्थानों पर प्रदर्शित क्यूआर कोड का उपयोग कर भुगतान किया जा सकता है. ईए,-आर भौतिक नकदी जैसे विश्वास, सुरक्षा और निपटान अंतिमता की सुविधाओं की पेशकश करेगा. नकदी के मामले में, यह कोई ब्याज नहीं कमाएगा और इसे अन्य प्रकार के धन में परिवर्तित किया जा सकता है, जैसे कि बैंकों में जमा.
पायलट वास्तविक समय में डिजिटल रुपया के निर्माण, वितरण और खुदरा उपयोग की पूरी प्रक्रिया की मजबूती का परीक्षण करेगा. इस पायलट प्रोजेक्ट से मिली सीख के आधार पर भविष्य के पायलटों में ईए,-आर टोकन और आर् टेक्च र की विभिन्न विशेषताओं और अनुप्रयोगों का परीक्षण किया जाएगा.
बयान में कहा गया है कि अधिक बैंकों, उपयोगकर्ताओं और स्थानों को शामिल करने के लिए इसके दायरे को धीरे-धीरे बढ़ाया जा सकता है.
